要構建房地產(chǎn)市場健康發(fā)展長效機制 支持剛性居住需求

    近日召開的中央經(jīng)濟工作會議指出要構建房地產(chǎn)市場健康發(fā)展長效機制堅持房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的定位因城施策、分類指導夯實城市政府主體責任完善住房市場體系和住房保障體系。

    2018年我國房地產(chǎn)市場保持平穩(wěn)運行態(tài)勢熱點城市房價過快上漲勢頭得到遏制市場預期出現(xiàn)了積極變化。

    近日召開的全國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設工作會議提出2019年要以解決新市民住房問題為主要出發(fā)點補齊租賃住房短板。人口流入量大、住房價格高的特大城市和大城市要積極盤活存量土地加快推進租賃住房建設切實增加有效供應。

    “當前經(jīng)濟下行壓力加大穩(wěn)房市非常重要。”汪玉凱說要毫不動搖地堅持“房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的”定位堅持調(diào)控政策的連續(xù)性穩(wěn)定性認真落實穩(wěn)房價、控租金降杠桿、防風險調(diào)結構、穩(wěn)預期的目標任務支持剛性居住需求堅決遏制投機炒房因地制宜精準施策確保房地產(chǎn)市場平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。
